Our mission is to equip students with the skills, resources, and experiences to succeed as they explore their passions and pursue their dreams, regardless of their background.

How We Make It Happen
Founded in March 2021, InterCultural Youth (ICY) strives to expand educational opportunities, cultivate global perspectives, and strengthen communities. We provide underrepresented youth with access to global trips, cultural exchanges, and visits to colleges and companies. Each cohort concludes with a reflection activity that empowers students to explore, learn, and reflect on their future careers and life paths.
